Instagram videos appear in feed posts and can be up to 60 minutes long. To download:
- Open the video post on Instagram
- Tap the three dots (⋯) in the top right corner
- Select "Copy Link"
- Paste the link on InstaVido and download
How to Download Instagram Reels
Reels are short, entertaining videos up to 90 seconds. To download:
- Open the Reel you want to save
- Tap the paper plane (share) icon
- Select "Copy Link"
- Paste the link on InstaVido and download
How to Download Instagram Stories
Stories disappear after 24 hours, so save them quickly! To download:
- Go to the profile of the account whose story you want to save
- Copy the profile URL (e.g., instagram.com/username)
- Paste it on InstaVido
- Select and download the stories you want
Note: Only public account stories can be downloaded.
How to Download Instagram Photos
Save high-quality photos from Instagram posts. To download:
- Open the photo post on Instagram
- Tap the three dots (⋯) and select "Copy Link"
- Paste the link on InstaVido
- Download individual photos or the entire carousel
How to Download Profile Pictures
Get full-size profile pictures from any public account. To download:
- Copy the Instagram profile URL (e.g., instagram.com/username)

- The profile picture will be displayed in full resolution
