Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not notify us of a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed content.

Repeat Infringers Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts or access of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our service or terminate the access of any users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

By using InstaVido, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You will only download content for which you have the legal right to do so.
  • You will respect the intellectual property rights of content creators.
  • You will not use downloaded content for commercial purposes without proper authorization.
  • You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from your use of downloaded content.
  • You will comply with all applicable copyright laws and regulations.

Fair Use Considerations

Under certain circumstances, the use of copyrighted material may be considered "fair use" under copyright law. Fair use typically includes:

  • Commentary and criticism
  • News reporting
  • Teaching and education
  • Research and scholarship

The determination of fair use depends on multiple factors and should be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We recommend consulting with a legal professional if you are unsure whether your use qualifies as fair use.
